Service Description

Awaken and align your body, psyche, spirit with Earth in an embodied yoga journey. The practice will be a confluence of yoga asana (yin & invigorating flow), somatic breathwork & sounding, nature & psyche reflections via flow writing, and council. Each session will be 2 hours and held near Redstone/Marble, Colorado. Guided by: Colleen Bishop, RYT, MA, Ecotherapist, Transpersonal Somatic Coach Rates available upon request
