A gift to our human community—gather around the fire for ceremony, song, meditation, solitude, community, nature practices, smores, cacao and/or golden milk, and celebration for the abundant harvest from the transitory nature of summer as we transition to the season of autumn. We will reflect, honor, and connect with the cycles of change and transition. 

Ancient traditions throughout time have honored the solstice and equinox as significant thresholds for existence and marked with rituals and ceremonies. Autumn brings a brilliant emergence of color to our forests as the final gift from this grand community of life with and within which we are a part.

Following these ancient traditions, we will spend this fertile time to retreat and reconnect with the beauty of the Earth and tune into the instinctual rhythms of light by meditating outdoors and immersing ourselves into the natural world. We will open ourselves to the exquisite wonder, beauty, instinctual rhythms of light, and the wisdom of the natural world as a mirror of our true nature  --- through meditations, listening to the soothing sounds of the natural world, deep reflections, Council, and conversations and medicine walks with the land amidst pine forests and aspen groves.

This retreat/workshop is appropriate for beginning meditators as well as seasoned practitioners. We will begin in the afternoon with nature walks and conclude the evening with a fire and meditation situating ourselves deeply within the changing seasons.

This gathering is offered free and by donation; suggested donation $25 to $75. We believe in the medicine of Nature and our inner nature, and we humbly invite you to pause and tune into your senses for this beautiful seasonal shift.
